I always enjoyed helping others, even as a kid.  I developed an entrepreneurial spirit early on. Voice over was never at the top of the list nor did I have a clue about it.  After graduating with a BA in Sociology, I wanted to make a difference in my community.

The experience from two local agencies which targeted homelessness opened many doors as well as opportunities for me.   One agency in particular chose me to do a radio and television spot promoting the agency’s services.  I was truly humbled and super excited!

Fast forward to many jobs later while in Dallas I came across a book about Voice Over.  The details stressed the importance of training, coaching, acting and improvisation.  So.. the more I read the more excited I got!  I thought yes….I can do this!  But it took time, faith and perseverance.  If I had to say in a few words what voice over means to me…it’s an awesome and incredible journey.
